Welcome to Floaters Art Gallery, an online gallery open to all artists. Floaters Gallery has been in existence on the web since 1995. Floaters members have recently formed a web development team, providing web artists, HTML writers, domain name registration, etc. Our web development team includes homeless/formerly homeless people working alongside volunteer professionals.
